Beautiful little place. The food is delicious, recommend the Waldorf and Pineapple Pecan, absolutely delicious. If it’s your first time here, do not feel overwhelmed, they allow you to sample the chicken salad. Will definitely be returning!

This was our first time visiting Chicken Salad Factory, and Joel made the experience outstanding! He walked us through the entire menu, offered samples, and gave us excellent recommendations. His customer service and positive attitude really stood out and made us feel welcome. The food was absolutely delicious—his suggestions did not disappoint. This place is amazing!!! My wife and I went there for lunch and we absolutely love this place!! First off, the staff were extremely kind and helpful!! They assisted us since it was our first time and answered our questions!! They were very friendly and welcoming!! And then the food is so delicious and many different options!! Also the place itself is very cute and the ambiance was so nice!! I am a huge fan of a place that has great ambiance!! We were planning on getting it to go but ended up eating there!! We will definitely be back to try the other options we didn’t get this time around!! Highly recommend this place!!

Great place for so many chicken salads. Love their original salad as well as the creamy avocado salad. Very friendly staff that make sure you get your order correct . Highly recommend on days that you want to have something lite.

First time trying it, and it was very fresh tasting and delicious. They let you sample the different types of chicken salad, and they have a huge selection on the menu of other items. You can pick different breads for your sandwich and / or it can be put on a salad. The croissant was very good, and the portion on the sandwich was perfect. My pasta salad was bursting with flavors, and the staff was very helpful with any questions I had. So this is a perfect place to eat and not have to wait a long time for your food.

This restaurant sells good, fresh, and healthy food. We tried the avocado chicken and the Mexican street corn. Both were delicious Combos don't include drinks. The broccoli soup was delicious. The tortilla soup was good but the broccoli soup was better

I was amazed because the line was so long but they have a really good customer service! Fast and attentive, I tried the Pineapple chicken salad (half sandwich) and and the Chipotle raspberry chicken salad (half sandwich) on a "factory combo" includes a side salad. I asked for strawberries, grapes and arugula mix with cilantro dressing. I really enjoyed the salads!!! The place is super clean!

Update 1/18/24 Went with my friends who had never eaten there. They loved they got the Chipotle tuna salad with croissant I had the Mexican corn on regular bread. It was very good. 8-18-23 I went again cuz I love this place. Ordered the same thing as before but this time I added broccoli pasta. Still clean, still great food and still great service. 8-11-23 This place to me is really good. I loved the food and their service. The place was very clean. One of the works there Linda really helped out a lot. She made me smile and even brought the food to us. I love chicken salad, so I tried this place out. I went with my parents I ordered the Mexican corn chicken salad Panini. My parents ordered chicken ploblano. Our side was soup my dad and I ordered broccoli and my mom ordered tortilla soup. It's was all good. We even had dessert the ice cream which Linda suggested was really good. No complaints what so ever. Will definitely go again. I recommend to pay with cash not cc or debit card. It's cheaper
